We are looking for a successful and proven Graphic Designer that will be responsible for designing original visual content for clients’ websites, advertisement designs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials based on the clients’ needs. The Graphic Designer will work within the creative team and work closely with other departments. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility of the job and accept special projects as assigned.

Accurately completes request for marketing materials such as ads, emails, flyers, brochures, etc for a wide range of industries in a timely manner
Creates and develops error free concepts and layouts
Manages all job assignments by maintaining and understand Project Time Sheet and communicating status back on Project Time Sheet or to appropriate person
Follow creative direction and demonstrates innovation and creativity when developing concepts, design and illustrations for marketing materials
Revises, edits and proofreads at a high level for creative content as needed
Self-starter with ability to work under pressure while communicating and collaborating with all stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and effectively measure results
Must be able to work within and hit deadlines
Performs other duties as assigned
Proven 2-3+ years in graphic design
Organizational and detail management
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with motion graphic design in Adobe After Effects and strong understanding of typography, layout, design and print production
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
BS/MS degree in Journalism, Communications or related field or an equivalent combination of educations and work-related experience.
