TOTAL moves to a larger facility capable of housing its growing staff and increasing capabilities which now include complete video production and photographic services. TOTAL's clientele encompasses companies as far west as California, as far south as Mississippi, and throughout Central New York.

Growing business forces TOTAL to move again. The agency’s reputation continues to grow throughout CNY, and TOTAL is named Metro Mattress’ agency of record. TOTAL's clients now include credit unions, manufacturers, food & beverage, auto dealerships, and more.

TOTAL adds in-agency web design, programming, and application development to its expanding portfolio of services. TOTAL is enlisted by the Sealy Mattress Company to provide advertising and online support to their stable of dealers including customized websites and online solutions.

TOTAL moves headquarters for the fourth time. Their offices in Syracuse’s Franklin Square open with an expanded team of creatives and client support. In any given week, over 900 million consumers throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and South view TOTAL's creative materials!

TOTAL rebrands the way Make-A-Wish Foundation of CNY markets itself and introduces a new, more inspiring approach to their calendar and more! With TOTAL's help, for the first time, the calendar is available for sale at all area P&C grocery stores. This new approach is well received and inspires Make-A-Wish nationally.

The fifth, but not final move—TOTAL heads to Syracuse’s historic Armory Square. The new space features a large in-agency production studio giving TOTAL an edge over its competitors! The clientele roster continues to grow with the likes of many CNY notables, including a favorite beer bar, The Blue Tusk!

TOTAL brings CNY’s favorite sauce to life: Pastabilities’ Spicy Hot Tomato Oil— a feature on The Food Network! They create all elements of the brand from designing new logos, all associated iconography, brand development, and defining the mission. All this in addition to sourcing jars, labels and more!

TOTAL becomes one of the first local agencies to fully support the emerging world of social network advertising. The TOTAL Team takes a local furniture powerhouse from 143 to over 43,000 Facebook followers!

The world of online and digital continues to evolve, and TOTAL develops alongside it, embracing all the latest advancements! The TOTAL digital team is one of the first to use online radio to drive local traffic! Email blasts, social media advertising, and other digital efforts continue to grow as consumers move more and more into the digital space.

TOTAL embarks on a comprehensive rebranding of ACR Health—a not-for-profit health and human services provider serving a nine-county region including CNY and Northern New York. This includes all elements of the ACR Health marketing portfolio encompassing: brand development, defining the mission, creating new logos, and all associated iconography. This, as well as ACR Health’s advertising, tangible and online materials, website, and more are redone and reworked to the highest of standards.

TOTAL continues to provide support materials to the medical equipment manufacturer, Welch Allyn. This includes script and storyboard development, graphics, animation, videography, and more. New clients continue to climb on board as TOTAL's web and digital design team provide competitor-trumping work time after time!

The branding specialists and creative experts have yet another busy year helping craft new brands and rebrand a wide variety of companies. Vine & Barrel Wine & Spirits Superstore, NuPath Energy, and CBD Companies are among the few TOTAL revamps, and the agency also provides work on the ARC of Onondaga’s person of the year video in preparation for the not-for-profit’s biggest annual development event.

TOTAL launches 30 new custom, purpose-built websites in 2017 alone making us CNY’s premier web design, build and support agency. TOTAL relocates to its present space — with plenty of room to grow! TOTAL launches it’s 100th website! The world of e-commerce and digital continues to grow, and TOTAL continues to remain on the cutting edge—providing online solutions that feature mobile-first designs that are ADA and EDU compliant. (MetroMattress.com receives a facelift and a new commerce UX to serve over 30,000 mobile-user shoppers a day!)

Designing 25 custom, mobile-friendly, responsive websites, plus handling 15+ clients' social media and digital advertising efforts kept TOTAL busy in 2019. We also welcomed new team members and expanded our creative department.

In the first half of this year, we had to manage to work from home while collaborating with clients remotely. TOTAL successfully built and launched 15 custom websites and expanded our team all while away from the office. We are looking forward to what the rest of the year has in store for us!

TOTAL Advertising celebrates it's 20th anniversary! We welcomed new clients from Austin, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Plus, TOTAL makes the move to the iconic Equitable Towers in downtown Syracuse to prepare for growth.
