Social Media Specialist/Content Developer

We are a branding and marketing agency dedicated to building strategies and delivering creative that amazes our clients and drive results for their businesses. We are looking for a successful and proven Content Developer who will be responsible for creating original content for clients’ websites, advertisement designs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials based on the clients’ needs The Content Developer will work within the Creative team and work closely with other departments. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility of the job and accept special projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position is a professional and energetic team player who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate responses, provide creative input to help advance client’s brands and ensure proper service.

Duties

• Produce content for various clients’ marketing projects; including website, social media, advertisements and more
• Work closely across multiple departments and focus content on clients’ goals and needs
• Analyze content for consistency, accuracy, brand standards and user experience
• Revise, edit, and proofread at a high level for creative content as needed
• Up to date on marketing best practices and techniques
• Self-starter with ability to work under pressure while communicating and collaborating with all stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and effectively measure results
• Must be able to work within and hit deadlines
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Stay up to date on marketing best practices and techniques

Skills / Qualifications

• Proven 1 years in content-related marketing and development
• Organizational and detail management
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Basic graphic design skills
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
• Experience with WordPress a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
• BS/MS degree in Journalism, Communications or related field or an equivalent combination of educations and work-related experience
