Search & Digital Marketing Specialist

Duties
Monitoring and analysis of clients’ data weekly and monthly reports to detect red flags, drive optimization strategy, and effectively manage digital performance
Creating, managing, organizing, and optimizing search, YouTube, and Display campaigns within Google Ads
Developing and optimizing content towards relevant keywords for enhanced SEO to reach higher organic traffic numbers.
Use of SEO tools to perform competitor research, detect technical issues, analyze link profile, and identify content opportunities
Setting up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager
Using Google Analytics 4 to analyze traffic and user behavior on all sites
Performing keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and Semrush to identify profitable keywords for both Paid and Organic search campaigns
Building retargeting campaigns within AdRoll
Research and analyze clients’ competitors advertisements
Develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the development and design team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on clients’ websites
Must be able to work within and hit deadlines
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills / Qualifications
Proven 2+ years SEO experience
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Experience building search campaigns within Google Ads
Experience building YouTube & Display Campaigns within Google Ads
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Experience Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Experience with Hubspot
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Experience in developing and managing link strategies
BS/MS degree in related field
